Karin Bruckner joined Carter Burden Network’s ‘Making Art Work’ Program as a Teaching Artist for Printmaking in 2016.  This engagement led Bruckner to be included in the Network’s own Carter Burden Gallery in New York, a gallery space dedicated to re-emerging artists.
Carter Burden Gallery has given Bruckner the opportunity and challenge to go beyond the smaller, two-dimensional printmaking and art on paper work into a decidedly more experimental and three-dimensional offthewall direction, embracing interactive installation and sculptural objects.
Her work was shown in ‘Summer in the City’ in 2017,  ‘On The Way’ and ‘Small Works” in 2018, ‘On The Wall’, ‘Summer Group Show’ and ‘Cold’ in 2019 and a couple of group shows online and on Artsy during the Pandemic of 2020 such as ‘Consolations I’, July Group Show and ‘Artist’s Choice’, as well as in ‘One Year Later’. Bruckner had a Solo Show, ‘Departures’ in the West Gallery October 2021 and most recently participated in a New York Artists’ Circle Group Show, ‘Lost+(re)Found’ in that space in January 2022. Bruckner is currently showing a new installation project called ‘CageYourRage’ through December 16, 2022 as part of On The Wall.

Karin Bruckner and Wendy Moss are sharing the exhibition “Assembly Required” in the West Gallery January/February 2023. In the course of 2023 Bruckner showed work in the group shows ‘Friends and Family’, ‘Friends+Family, Too’, ‘Over the Sofa’ and the juried show ‘Scribbles’. The gallery included her work in the current group show ‘Play’ and will show a two person show with artist Carol Massa “WayWeSeeIt’ in September 24 in the West Gallery.
